gtr88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your gtr88 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.
gtr88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where gtr88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity. Upon termination for cause, any funds associated with voided bets, bonuses, or fraudulent activity may be forfeited.
You may close your gtr88 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any legitimate remaining balance after the settlement of all pending transactions will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
